Step 1: Section

Isolate the fringe section, then divide the remaining hair into the PRAVANA Standard 4 quadrants by taking a parting from ear to ear and then nose to nape.

Step 2: Pre-Lighten

Beginning in the nape area, take a diagonal back parting on either side to create a “V” shape. Tease the hair gently and apply the Lightening Formula. Continue with this technique skipping about an inch in between each parting so you have five “V” partings in the back.

Move to one of the front quadrants and take a diagonal back parting about ½” above the ear and repeat the same “teasylight” technique. Repeat throughout the section leaving about an inch between partings so you have three partings and repeat on the other side.

In the fringe area, take a horizontal slice ½” above the hairline and apply the Lightening Formula. Next, take another horizontal slice, but weave your section this time and finish with a weaved teasylight.

Process up to 55 minutes at room temperature checking every 5-10 minutes until you have reached a Level 8/9. Shampoo the hair with Intense Therapy Cleanse and towel-dry well.

Step 3: Color Application

Apply the ChromaSilk HydraGloss Formula from roots to ends.

Process 20 minutes then cleanse and condition with PRAVANA’s Color Protect regimen. Style as desired.
