Steve Goddard
President & Founder, Pravana
Pravana International creator Steve Goddard is a 30-year veteran to the
beauty industry. He began his long career as a way to support himself
while attending college, and has gone on to work for some of today's
largest companies in the beauty business.
Shortly after leaving school, Goddard joined Redken and
climbed the ranks where he was eventually promoted to Senior Vice
President of Marketing & Advertising. Shortly thereafter, Goddard
became Senior VicePresident of Global New Product Development of
professional products for Revlon. In quick succession, he then became
the General Manager of Rusk, a division of Conair, and in 1999, joined
Wella Corporation as President and CEO. In 2001, Goddard became
President and CEO of Sebastian International and President of Wella's
worldwide Salon Conexxion division.
In 2004, Goddard returned to his creative marketing roots to
launch a new beauty entity: Pravana, a company dedicated to the
development of NaturceuticalTM hair care and color products for
professional salons and spas. "I really wanted to return to the
excitement of dealing with a small marketing company in creating new
products," says Goddard
